except for major holidays. Second, add the DHL delivery time for ground service of 4-6
business days to the 24-72 hour picking and packing time factor to determine approximate
delivery day. DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKEND DAYS.
For example, if you order on Monday by 11:30AM EST, you should receive your order
within 6-8 business days depending on your location in the country. If you order after the
cutoff time of 11:30 AM EST, your order would be received no later than 7-9 business
days after placement.
